Staff Qualifications
We pride ourselves in providing the highest-quality training for our staff and mature, responsible role models for your children. Here are just a few examples of how our staff rate:
- All of our Instructors AND all of our volunteers are CORI and SORI background checked.
- All Instructors AND administrative staff are certified in both CPR and First Aid.
- All Instructors are specially trained in our own Positive Coaching instructional methodology.
- All Instructors are required to attend a minimum of 40 hours of paid training and pass detailed and recurring assessments.
- All van drivers have a 7-D license.
- Our After School Program Director has extensive experience and is an EEC qualified site director
- Our After School Program is fully licensed and has passed every annual Massachusetts State Inspection
- Our Board of Advisors includes Child Psychologists, Special Needs Teachers, Educators and more
